People Power has launched an Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign for the Presence Pro Care software solution
Presence Pro Care will adapt People Power’s Presence app into a home-care product that helps elderly patients and their carers.
Gene Wang, CEO and co-founder of People Power said: “The Presence app has almost 1 million downloads and has already delivered over 32 million Video Alerts to make homes more safe and secure. “
People Power said that Presence Pro Care is designed to improve quality of life.
The mobile solution does this through the use of connected devices that track medication and watch for emergencies and by providing real-time data analytics that learn a patient’s daily routines and warn the caregiver network if those routines unexpectedly break.
Presence Pro Care will have an emergency button, video alerts, two way audio video calls and messaging, fall detection motion sensing and it will integrate with the Amazon Echo so the patient can call for help verbally if they are in trouble.
Wang said: “Presence Pro Care employs community social networks and in-home activity monitoring to provide a comprehensive elderly care solution that is easy-to-use for both elders and their caregivers.”
